NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

By participating in the ZoshMFG Honda Fit Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”), each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of ZoshMFG LLC (“Sponsor”), which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

1. SPONSOR

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by ZoshMFG LLC (“Sponsor”).

2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins on [05/12/2026] at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on [09/07.2026] at 11:59:59 PM ET (“Sweepstakes Period”).

Entries received before or after the Sweepstakes Period are void.

Sponsor's computer systems shall serve as the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.

3. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater, at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, owners, representatives, agents, and immediate family or household members of ZoshMFG LLC and any company directly involved in the administration, advertising, fulfillment, or judging of the Sweepstakes are not eligible to enter or win.

The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Entrants must possess any documentation legally required to take ownership and possession of the prize.

4. PRIZE

One (1) eligible winner will receive:

2013 Honda Fit Sport

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $4,500 USD

The vehicle is awarded AS-IS, WHERE-IS, with no warranties or guarantees, express or implied, except for any warranty that cannot legally be excluded.

Actual value may vary based on vehicle condition, mileage, market conditions, modifications, location, and other factors. No compensation will be provided for any difference between the stated ARV and actual market value.

Unless expressly stated otherwise by Sponsor, the winner is responsible for all costs associated with accepting, registering, titling, insuring, transporting, maintaining, and operating the vehicle, as well as all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, fees, registration charges, title charges, insurance costs, and other expenses associated with accepting the prize.

The prize may not be substituted, transferred, or redeemed for cash by the winner except at Sponsor's sole discretion.

5. HOW TO ENTER — PURCHASE METHOD

During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible individuals may receive promotional Sweepstakes entries in connection with qualifying purchases made through the official ZoshMFG online store.

The number of promotional entries associated with a qualifying purchase will be displayed on the applicable product page, promotion page, or offer at the time the purchase is made.

From time to time, Sponsor may advertise promotional entry multipliers or bonus-entry periods. Any applicable multiplier, promotional period, eligible products, and other material terms will be clearly disclosed with the applicable promotion.

A purchase is not required to enter or win.

Purchases that are canceled, refunded, returned, disputed, charged back, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid may result in associated promotional entries being voided to the extent permitted by applicable law.

6. FREE ALTERNATIVE METHOD OF ENTRY — NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

Eligible individuals may enter the Sweepstakes without making a purchase by using the following Alternative Method of Entry (“AMOE”):

Alternatively, if Sponsor uses a mail-in AMOE, eligible entrants may submit a handwritten entry containing their full legal name, mailing address, email address, telephone number, date of birth, and the name “ZoshMFG Honda Fit Sweepstakes” to:

Each free entry request must comply with the instructions provided by Sponsor and must be received before the applicable entry deadline.

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO USE THE FREE METHOD OF ENTRY.

Free entries and purchase-associated promotional entries will be included in the same winner-selection pool and will have an equal opportunity to be selected.

Sponsor reserves the right to reject duplicate, automated, incomplete, illegible, fraudulent, altered, mass-produced, mechanically reproduced, or otherwise noncompliant entry requests.

7. ENTRY LIMITS AND PROMOTIONAL MULTIPLIERS

All entries are subject to the entry limits, promotional periods, and other conditions disclosed by Sponsor.

Sponsor may offer limited-time promotional entry multipliers, such as 2X, 5X, 10X, 25X, 50X, 100X, or other promotional entry amounts.

The applicable multiplier and promotional period will be disclosed in the corresponding promotional materials.

Sponsor reserves the right to audit entries and remove entries obtained through fraud, manipulation, automation, abuse, chargebacks, duplicate submissions, or violations of these Official Rules.

8. WINNER SELECTION

Following the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period, one (1) potential winner will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries received.

Purchase-associated entries and valid free entries will be included in the same drawing.

The drawing may be conducted using a computerized random-selection process, random-number generator, or other impartial random-selection method selected by Sponsor.

The odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.

9. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION

The potential winner will be contacted using the contact information provided with the selected entry.

The potential winner may be required to provide proof of identity, proof of age, proof of residency, and any other documentation reasonably necessary to establish eligibility and transfer the vehicle.

The potential winner may also be required to complete and return an affidavit or declaration of eligibility, liability/publicity release where lawful, tax documentation, and vehicle-transfer documentation.

If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within [NUMBER] days, fails to provide required documentation, is determined to be ineligible, refuses the prize, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner may be disqualified and Sponsor may randomly select an alternate potential winner from the remaining eligible entries.

A person is not an official winner until Sponsor has verified the person's eligibility and confirmed compliance with these Official Rules.

10. VEHICLE TRANSFER

The winner must comply with all applicable requirements for lawful transfer of title and ownership.

The winner is responsible for obtaining legally required automobile insurance before taking possession of the vehicle.

Unless otherwise expressly stated by Sponsor, the winner is responsible for arranging and paying for transportation or pickup of the vehicle.

The winner must take possession of the vehicle within a reasonable period specified by Sponsor following verification.

Sponsor is not responsible for the winner's inability to register, insure, transport, or legally operate the vehicle.

11. TAXES

All federal, state, and local taxes associated with accepting or receiving the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Sponsor may issue any tax forms required by applicable law.

The winner should consult an independent tax professional regarding the tax consequences of receiving the prize.

12. PUBLICITY

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, city and state of residence, and prize-related photographs or video for advertising, promotional, social-media, and publicity purposes without additional compensation, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

13. CONDUCT AND DISQUALIFICATION

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant reasonably determined to have:

  • Violated these Official Rules;

  • Submitted fraudulent or false information;

  • Attempted to manipulate or interfere with the entry or winner-selection process;

  • Used automated methods to generate entries;

  • Submitted fraudulent purchases or free-entry requests;

  • Engaged in conduct intended to obtain entries in a manner inconsistent with these Official Rules; or

  • Attempted to compromise the fairness, integrity, security, or legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor will not arbitrarily reject or disqualify otherwise valid entries.

14. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention, force majeure, or another circumstance outside Sponsor's reasonable control materially affects the integrity or proper operation of the Sweepstakes.

Any action taken under this section will be administered in a manner consistent with applicable law and designed, where reasonably possible, to preserve the fairness and integrity of the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected, delayed, or technically defective entries resulting from circumstances outside Sponsor's reasonable control.

15. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its owners, officers, employees, representatives, agents, affiliates, advertising partners, and service providers from claims arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, misuse, transportation, registration, maintenance, or operation of the prize.

Nothing in these Official Rules is intended to waive rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

16. DISPUTES

Except where prohibited by applicable law, disputes arising from or relating to the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any legal proceeding that is not otherwise required by applicable law to be brought elsewhere shall be brought in an appropriate state or federal court located in Florida.

17. PRIVACY

Information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used for administration of the Sweepstakes, verification of entrants and winners, prize fulfillment, fraud prevention, and other purposes described in Sponsor's Privacy Policy.

Marketing communications will be handled in accordance with applicable law and Sponsor's Privacy Policy.

18. SOCIAL MEDIA DISCLAIMER

This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X, or any other social-media platform.

Entrants release such platforms from responsibility associated with the administration of this Sweepstakes to the extent permitted by law.

Questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes should be directed to ZoshMFG LLC and not to any social-media platform.

19. OFFICIAL RULES

These Official Rules govern the Sweepstakes.

If promotional materials conflict with these Official Rules, these Official Rules will control to the extent permitted by applicable law.
