3.1 Pricing Errors

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

If a product is accidentally listed at an incorrect price, ZOSHMFG LLC may cancel the transaction and issue a refund rather than fulfill the order at the incorrect price.

4. ALL SALES FINAL / REFUND POLICY

4.1 General Policy

Unless otherwise expressly stated or required by applicable law:

ZOSHMFG LLC does not generally accept returns, exchanges, or refunds because a customer:

• Changes their mind

• Orders the wrong product

4.2 Exceptional Returns

If ZOSHMFG LLC authorizes an exceptional return in writing, the authorization does not create an obligation to approve future returns.

Any approved return may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Original shipping charges, expedited shipping charges, customs fees, duties, taxes, and related charges are generally nonrefundable.

Where a refund is approved, it will normally be issued to the original payment method.

4.3 Sale & Promotional Items

All discounted, promotional, clearance, sale, giveaway-related, special-order, or otherwise reduced-price items are final sale unless otherwise explicitly stated.

5. AUTOMOTIVE PARTS POLICY

Automotive modifications involve inherent risks.

By purchasing an automotive product from ZOSHMFG LLC, the customer acknowledges that improper installation, improper use, incompatible components, vehicle condition, tuning, environmental conditions, racing activity, driver behavior, or other factors may result in:

• Engine damage

• Component failure

• Reduced reliability

• Loss of manufacturer warranty coverage

• Personal injury

• Property damage

ZOSHMFG LLC is not responsible for damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, modification, racing, improper tuning, incompatible components, neglect, or failure to follow manufacturer instructions.

5.1 Professional Installation

Professional installation by a qualified technician is strongly recommended for automotive products unless the product is expressly intended for ordinary consumer installation.

The purchaser assumes responsibility for deciding whether they possess the knowledge, equipment, and experience necessary to safely install a product.

5.2 Vehicle Fitment

Customers are responsible for verifying that a product is compatible with their:

• Model

• Trim

• Engine

• Existing modifications

• Intended application

Fitment information supplied by ZOSHMFG LLC is provided for informational purposes based on information reasonably available to us.

Vehicle modifications may cause products that normally fit a particular model to become incompatible.

5.3 Installed Products

Automotive products that have been:

• Installed

• Test-fitted

• Modified

• Cut

• Drilled

• Painted

• Damaged

• Used

• Electrically connected

• Exposed to fuel, oil, coolant, or other automotive fluids

are not returnable unless otherwise required by law or specifically authorized by ZOSHMFG LLC.

6. OFF-ROAD / RACING-USE PRODUCTS

Certain products offered through ZOSHMFG LLC may be designed, marketed, or sold for:

Racing, competition, closed-course, or off-road use only.

The purchaser is responsible for determining whether a product is legal for use on their particular vehicle and in their jurisdiction.

Vehicle and emissions regulations vary by state and locality.

ZOSHMFG LLC does not represent that every performance product sold on the Website is lawful for street use in every jurisdiction.

The customer assumes responsibility for compliance with applicable:

7. DIGITAL PRODUCTS & AUTOMOTIVE TUNES

PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING

Digital products and automotive tuning files offered by ZOSHMFG LLC are separate from physical tuning devices.

Unless the product description specifically states otherwise, purchasing a tune from ZOSHMFG LLC does NOT include a Hondata device, ECU, FlashPro, computer, cable, or any other physical hardware.

A listing identified as a tune, tuning file, calibration, basemap, or similar digital product refers to digital content only.

7.1 HONDATA REQUIRED

ZOSHMFG LLC tuning products currently require a compatible Hondata platform unless expressly stated otherwise on the applicable product page.

The customer is responsible for possessing the appropriate:

• Hondata hardware

• Hondata software

• Compatible ECU

• Compatible vehicle

• Computer

• Necessary cables

• Supporting modifications

before purchasing a tune.

Purchasing a tune does not include any required hardware unless the product listing specifically states that hardware is included.

7.2 Digital Delivery

Tuning files and other applicable digital products are delivered electronically, including through email.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and accessible email address when placing their order.

7.3 Vehicle-Specific Products

Certain tunes may be created, assigned, licensed, or locked for a particular:

• Vehicle

• ECU

• Hondata device

• Serial number

• Customer

• Vehicle configuration

Such products may not be transferred to another vehicle or user unless ZOSHMFG LLC expressly authorizes the transfer.

7.4 Digital Sales Are Final

ALL DIGITAL PRODUCT AND TUNING SALES ARE FINAL.

Once a digital product has been sent, delivered, downloaded, accessed, or made available, it is nonrefundable.

A customer is not entitled to a refund because the customer:

• Mistakenly believed a physical Hondata device was included

• Does not own Hondata

• Owns an incompatible tuning platform

• Does not own the required hardware

• Provided incorrect vehicle information

• Purchased the incorrect tune

• Failed to read the product description

• Cannot install or use the tune

• Changed their vehicle setup

• Changed their mind

Customers must confirm compatibility before purchasing.

7.5 Tuning Risk

Automotive tuning changes vehicle operating parameters.

Vehicle condition, fuel quality, mechanical components, supporting modifications, climate, installation quality, maintenance, driver behavior, and other variables may affect results.

ZOSHMFG LLC does not guarantee a particular:

• Horsepower figure

• Torque figure

• Fuel economy improvement

• Track time

• Performance result

• Engine lifespan

unless an explicit written guarantee appears in the applicable product listing.

The purchaser assumes the risks associated with modifying and tuning a vehicle.

8. SHIPPING POLICY

8.1 Worldwide Shipping

ZOSHMFG LLC offers shipping to customers in the United States and internationally where shipping service is available.

Certain products may be restricted from shipment to certain countries or locations.

8.2 Processing Time

Standard order processing is generally:

3–5 business days

unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Weekends, holidays, product launches, promotional periods, giveaways, high-volume sales, weather events, carrier disruptions, and other circumstances may cause delays.

Processing and delivery estimates are not guarantees.

8.3 Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping options may be available.

Selecting expedited shipping affects the carrier transit method and does not necessarily eliminate the normal order-processing period unless specifically stated.

9. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES

11. LOST, STOLEN & DELIVERED PACKAGES

Once a package is transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is also subject to that carrier's procedures.

If tracking shows a package as delivered, but the customer cannot locate it, the customer should first:

• Check with neighbors where appropriate

• Contact the shipping carrier

• File a carrier claim where available

ZOSHMFG LLC is not responsible for theft occurring after confirmed delivery.

Lost-package claims may be reviewed individually.

A refund or replacement is not guaranteed and may depend on carrier investigation, shipping insurance, tracking information, and the circumstances of the loss.

12. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

A DIGITAL TUNE DOES NOT INCLUDE A PHYSICAL HONDATA DEVICE.

The customer is responsible for having compatible Hondata equipment and a compatible vehicle before purchase.

Tunes are delivered electronically through email.

Certain files may be linked or locked to a specific vehicle, ECU, customer, or Hondata device.

A refund will not be issued because a customer:

• Does not own Hondata

• Expected physical hardware

• Uses KTuner or another unsupported platform

• Purchased the wrong tune

• Supplied incorrect information

• Failed to read the listing

• Changed their vehicle configuration

6. Equal Treatment of Entries

Winner acknowledges that modified vehicles may require additional inspection, maintenance, repair, tuning, or legal compliance depending on the winner's location.

9. Winner Selection

The potential winner will be selected randomly from eligible entries.

10. Winner Notification

The potential winner may be contacted using the:

provided with the winning entry.

ZOSHMFG LLC may also publicly announce a potential winner after selection.

Entrants should beware of fake accounts or impersonators.

ZOSHMFG LLC will not require the winner to purchase products in order to receive a legitimate prize.

If the potential winner:

• Refuses the prize
